Join Ching Farm volunteer and professional chef Larayn Clegg for an educational cooking demonstration and tasty sampling of easy to prepare family favorites. Learn about locally sourced plant-based alternatives with shopping guides, meal planning and take home recipes! Come hungry and leave full!

About the Instructor:
Chef Larayn Clegg has been creating delicious, inspired, pure plant-based cuisine for over 25 years. She is a certified natural chef and graduate of the prestigious Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. Larayn has honed her culinary skills at local restaurants, street food carts, vegan bakery internship, catering community events, and as the executive chef of the many fine dining charity events for the sanctuary. Larayn was featured in VegNews magazine for her gourmet Mexican street food and many of her popular culinary creations are still being served at local restaurants. Larayn currently spends her time as a health-supportive personal chef and a devoted volunteer to her many animal friends at Ching Farm Rescue. www.cheflarayn.com
